General Shipping Terms
• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been completed.
• All packages include tracking. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be re-shipped for an additional shipping fee.
• If you choose delivery to a local post office or pickup point, you’ll be asked to select your preferred pickup location at the end of checkout, after payment. If no pickup location is selected, your package will automatically be sent to the nearest available pickup point based on your delivery address.
• If you do not collect your package within the carrier’s collection period, it will be returned to us. Please note that an uncollected package is not automatically considered a return or withdrawal. Once we receive the package back, we will contact you to arrange either re-shipment or, where applicable, a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Additional shipping costs may apply if you choose to have the package sent again.
• For deliveries outside the EU (except for the United States), customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
For US customers
· Since August 2025, De minimis exemption is no longer available due to the recent changes in U.S. import regulations. As a result, all orders shipped to the U.S. are subject to customs duties and taxes.
· This tariff is collected directly at checkout, so there will be no additional costs when your parcel arrives in the US.
For UK customers
· If your order exceeds £135 (around €160, excl. VAT), you’ll need to pay VAT upon delivery in the UK. We have no control over these charges and cannot cover them.
For Norway customers
· Shipping to Norway is currently suspended due to recent changes in import tax policies. We are working on solutions to resume shipping and will keep you informed.
