  • Shipping price will be automatically calculated at the check out.

  • Free shipping is offered when the delivery address is

    • Inside the EU: Orders above €100

    • Switzerland and the UK: Orders above €150

    • Iceland and Turkey: Orders above €200


General shipping terms

We strive to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Please find a few notes below:

  • Once a payment is completed, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. 

  • If you choose "Colissimo | Pickup at your local post office or pickup point" as a delivery option, you will asked to select your local pickup location at the end of the check-out after the payment.

  • All packages are sent with tracking. Packages that return to us as undeliverable by the carrier for incorrect address supplied can be re-posted for an additional shipping fee.

  • If you refuse a shipment, we can refund your order on its return to us, but please note if you decide to refuse the shipment and extra shipping costs are incurred because of this, we are unable to cover these costs and the amount will be deducted from your refund.

  • When delivery address is outside the EU, import taxes may be charged upon arriving in the country and it is the responsibility of the customer to bear the cost.

  • We process orders for delivery outside the EU with a minimum order value of 50,00 EUR. This requirement is necessary to cover the additional costs associated with extra export and tax procedures.


    For UK based customers 

    Kindly be advised that in the event your order surpasses £135 (approximately €160, excl. VAT), you will be required to remit VAT upon the package's arrival in the UK.

    Please note that we do not have any authority over the specific charges that may apply when your goods are received in the UK, and we cannot assume responsibility for these expenses. Should you choose to decline acceptance of the shipment, we can process a refund for your order upon its return to our facility. However, we must emphasize that any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of the refusal will regrettably not be covered by us, and said amount will be deducted from your refund.


    For Norway based customers

    Shipping to Norway is currently suspended due to the recent changes in import tax policies in Norway. We are actively exploring options to resume shipping to Norway and will keep you updated on any developments.
