Our Commitment to Ethical Sourcing and Sustainable Production
Animal welfare is a significant factor in our brand. Together with the farmers and suppliers, we strive to improve the animal welfare practices in our industry.
100% of our mohair fiber is cruelty-free sourced and guaranteed the correct treatment of animals, where the farm is certified to work with the promise of responsible farming and production in South Africa. Our merino wool comes from farms in Australia and South America where sheep are treated responsibly and mulesing is not practiced.
In addition, our yarns are made only with natural fibers, because they are considered to be kinder to the environment thanks to their renewability and biodegradability. Moreover, natural fibres have a reduced environmental impact as they do not utilize as many chemicals in their production as synthetic fibres.
