OVERVIEW:
Olivia Jumper is a boatneck sweater with a comfortable fit, featuring a simple two-colour pattern.
CONSTRUCTION:
This pattern is worked from the top down, starting with a cast-on for the yoke. The yoke is knitted in the round, with increases at the each side of the shoulder on every round. Short rows are worked to raise the back yoke. Once the yoke is complete, the front and back are separated and worked flat until they are joined in the round at the underarms to form the body. The body is knitted in the round to the hems. The sleeves are picked up along the armhole openings and knitted in round to the cuffs.
