Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Please find a few notes below:

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Free delivery is offered for orders over:

- €80: France (Delivery to La Poste or Pickup point)
- €100: France (Home delivery) + European Union
- 100 CHF: Switzerland
- £135: United Kingdom

General Shipping Terms

  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is completed.
  • If you choose "Colissimo | Pickup at your local post office or pickup point," you'll select your pickup location at the end of checkout after payment.
  • All packages include tracking. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it can be re-shipped for an additional fee.
  • If you refuse a shipment, we can issue a refund once it is returned to us. However, any extra shipping costs caused by the refusal will be deducted from your refund.
  • For deliveries outside the EU, import taxes may apply, and the customer is responsible for covering these costs.
  • Orders for delivery outside the EU require a minimum order value of 50,00 EUR due to the complex procedures involved in exporting to these regions. Exceptions apply for Canada (50 CAD), Switzerland (0 CHF), the US (50 USD), and the UK (30 GBP).

 

For US customers

- Since August 2025, De minimis exemption is no longer available due to the recent changes in U.S. import regulations. As a result, all orders shipped to the U.S. are subject to customs duties and taxes at a rate of 15%. 

- This 15% tariff is collected directly at checkout, so there will be no additional costs when your parcel arrives in the US.

  
For UK customers

- If your order exceeds £135 (around €160, excl. VAT), you’ll need to pay VAT upon delivery in the UK. We have no control over these charges and cannot cover them.

- If you refuse the shipment, we can refund your order once it is returned to us. However, any extra shipping costs caused by the refusal will be deducted from your refund.

- We accept orders shipped to the UK with a minimum order value of £30.00. This requirement is due to the additional shipping surcharges and complex procedures involved in exporting to the UK from France.


For Norway customers

- Shipping to Norway is currently suspended due to recent changes in import tax policies. We are working on solutions to resume shipping and will keep you informed.
